A better way to stay. A smarter way to host.
Born in Dubai. Built around hospitality.
04ZeroFour Living is a Dubai-based holiday home and property management company, built on a simple belief: exceptional hospitality should feel effortless, both for the guests staying in our homes and the owners who entrust them to us.
Our story began in 2022 as McCone Living, with a vision to bring a more personal, transparent and professional approach to Dubai's holiday home market. In October 2026 we began a new chapter as 04ZeroFour Living, the hospitality arm of 04ZeroFour Properties.
The name has changed; the commitment hasn't. Years of local knowledge, hands-on expertise and a real passion for looking after people go into every home we manage across Dubai.
Since the beginning we've welcomed thousands of guests, earned Airbnb Superhost status and built lasting relationships with owners who trust us to manage and maximise their investments.
Beautiful spaces, seamless stays and the feeling of being at home from the moment you arrive.
Optimised returns, a protected investment and complete peace of mind.
Proudly rooted in Dubai, independently driven and committed to raising the standard. Because great hospitality isn't just about where you stay. It's about how you're made to feel.
