What we collect
Name, contact details, booking details and, for owners and agents, property and licensing information you give us when creating a profile or requesting a projection.
How we use it
To manage bookings, prepare proposals and projections, pay referral fees, meet DTCM guest-registration requirements and, where you agree, to send relevant updates.
Sharing
We share data only with services needed to run the business — our property management system, payment processor and booking platforms — and never sell it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you and request corrections or deletion by emailing bookings@04zerofourliving.ae.
